Superman Lois & Clark Strike a Pose written by Sean Gerber March 11, 2013 With just over three months until the release of the film, the marketing engine for “Man of Steel” is warming up and preparing to kick into high gear, starting a heroic cover for the next issue of Total Film magazine. This same publication had a detailed, outstanding report on “The Dark Knight Rises” last year, so plan Superman fans should plan on picking this up. February 9, 2012 New ‘Man of Steel’ Promotional Image June 7, 2012 Adrian Edmondson So looking forward to this … John Bierly I agree, Adrian! This image is outstanding. Cavill’s mix of regal and rugged will put the “man” back in Superman, and Adams has excelled at everything from a fairy tale princess to the feisty bartender she played so well in THE FIGHTER. And that’s just Clark and Lois. The cast just deepens from there. Incredible. Stock My eyes, as the song goes, adore her. I’ve always thought Lana was the redhead, but I guess it doesn’t really matter. They have a real shot here. Shannon will likely be great as Zod. He has a face and a style that lends itself to grandiose villainy, as seen in Boardwalk, where he’s both controlled self-righteousness and maniacally unpredictable. Is there a Non, I wonder? It will rise or fall with the story. Please, God. We need a good Superman movie. Rob Ó Conchúir Unquestionably Superman and Lois Lane. Delighted with everything we’ve seen so far (I even LOVED the Teaser Trailers everyone else found so underwhelming). Please God, Snyder don’t let me down… Stock Just remembered, Dianne Lane is his mom in the film. Another beautiful redhead. So he falls for a woman who reminds him of dear old Mom! How sweet! Oedipus Schmoedipus I LOVE YA MOM!
