MMM TV: AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Ep. 113 ‘T.R.A.C.K.S.’

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. returns briefly from its hiatus before it goes on another one to bring us ‘T.R.A.C.K.S.,’ a new best for a series that continues to move in the right direction. Concurrent character timelines, Mike Peterson’s return, and the one and only Stan Lee join forces to pack an entertaining punch. The heart of the episode, however, is revealed when a team member is in peril.

Good to see/hear you guys again. I was missing MMM TV podcasts. Are we getting Arrow too soon?

I enjoyed the episode…reminded me of the movie “Vantage Point.” I also enjoyed the Blonsky reference. According to the Marvel One Shot “The Consultant,” he was in General Ross’ custody after the Battle of Harlem. I guess SHIELD got their hands on him after all!

Can’t really add much, this was a brilliant episode. I also agree that Deathlok’s look should continue to evolve. Even if it’s just a cybernetic eye piece and a (muted) red vest/chest armor piece. WE really need something kind of eye catching, something super-heroey to show up on a regular basis, I think Deathlok fits the bill.

How nice was it to hear the Blonsky name drop? for so long its felt like The Incredible Hulk was the green haired stepchild of the MCU… and, well, it still is, but at least it got some love here. But they don’t name drop without purpose. Last episode they name dropped Bucky Barnes, and previously the Triskelion, all because CA:TWS is coming up. Maybe an Incredible Hulk reference is signaling that The Leader will finally make his return as the Clairvoyant…?
